Process to achieve this. To meet this challenge and achieve our objective, we
must define clearly and agree our customer’s requirements with them, and then
provide an Error Free Service.
Phoenix Security, Inc. is a
firm believer in using Quality management as the foundation for the way we do
business. The sensitive nature of the business we are in heightens our awareness
and commitment to this issue.
Many of our businesses have
registration for the services they provide. In the majority of cases Phoenix
Security, Inc. have been the pioneers for such initiatives in our industry. We
believe that raising standards within the industry, through the use of formal
quality management and independently assessed systems is vital.
Our approach to Quality, however, goes far beyond
straightforward registration of management systems. In our business, the
management systems we have are only as good as the people who operate them.
Therefore much emphasis is given to harnessing the skills and commitment of our
people to continuously improve the way we work, and so constantly enhance the
service we provide to our customers. This is achieved through a formal approach
to Quality Improvement, which invests heavily in training at all levels, and
clear systems which enable this training to be put to good use.
